The present invention relates to a method for culturing cells from a tissue of carcass of creature, including a step of washing and disinfecting tissues of carcass of the creature; a step of treating the tissues with an enzyme; a step of diluting the tissue in a primary cell culture medium and inoculating the tissue on a plate; a step of culturing cells from the tissues; and a step of subculturing the cultured cells.
