Disclosed is a convergent-divergent micromixer using sinusoidal pulsatile flow. The convergent-divergent micromixer using sinusoidal pulsatile flow comprises: an inflow unit including two inlets so that two different fluids flow in; a mixing unit in which a sinusoidal wall is formed as two or more channels that the length of y axis is regularly increased and decreased are combined, and two different fluids are mixed; and a discharge unit connected to the mixing unit and discharging the fluid mixed in the mixing unit.
