The present invention relates to an interference alignment method and apparatus in a wireless communication system. To achieve an optimal degree of freedom through efficient interference control in a wireless communication system on a wireless network such as a wireless LAN in which an uplink and a downlink coexist between an access point having multiple antennas and user terminals, the uplink access point inter-cell interference alignment (IA), and inter-cell/intra-cell interference nulling (IN) according to the number of the antennas of the cells are performed so that a communication channel signal beam can be formed.
