The present invention relates to an apparatus for registration management and incoming call control of VoLTE outbound roaming subscribers, which is for securing the quality of a communication service of an outbound roaming subscriber through accurate registration state management of a VoLTE subscriber to an outbound visiting network. The apparatus included in a home subscriber server (HSS) of a domestic network comprises: a first registering unit for registering roaming information of a corresponding subscriber according to whether a circuit switched (CS) location registration message is generated from a terminal of an outbound roaming subscriber (hereinafter abbreviated as a subscriber terminal); a second registering unit for registering corresponding roaming radio access type (RAT) information for the subscriber according to whether an LTE location registration message is generated from the subscriber terminal or whether a handover occurs between an LTE network and a WCDMA network; a third registering unit for registering VoLTE roaming information on the subscriber according to whether an IMS location registration message is generated from the subscriber terminal; and an incoming call control unit for selecting a destination network of an incoming call on the basis of the information registered in the first to third registering units and providing information on the selected destination network, when the incoming call for the subscriber terminal is generated.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
