Disclosed is a concrete foundation structure for offshore wind power generation. According to the present invention, the concrete foundation structure for offshore wind power generation comprises: a structure having a plurality of shaft holes disposed on an outer circumference of a block-shaped body or a concrete structure having a plurality of leg flanges having shaft holes to protrude radially; a steel pile inserted into the shaft holes and installed on the seabed to support the concrete structure while fixing the concrete structure on the seabed; and a prestress reinforcing means to reinforce a connection portion of the steel pile and the concrete structure and the concrete structure to horizontally connect a plurality of tendons to a fixing part around the shaft holes. Accordingly, since tensile stress concentrated on the concrete structure and the connection portion of the concrete structure and the steel pile can be maintained in a compressive stress state, safety, durability, and economic efficiency of the concrete structure can be effectively improved.
