The present invention relates to a device for monitoring a patient of a nursing home capable of obtaining information of the patient by using a non-touch biosensor, an image sensor, and a camera; integrally managing a plurality of pieces of patient information with a managing server; and monitoring the patient in real time by transmitting the patient information to a protector or a nurse in wired and wireless environments. The device for monitoring the patient of the nursing home comprises: the non-touch biosensor (2), the image sensor (3), the camera (4), the managing server (5), and a wired/wireless terminal (6). The non-touch biosensor (2) is closely installed in a bed (1) of a patient room of the nursing home for the patient, and senses breath of the patient, a pulse, body motion, and body heat. The image sensor (3) is closely installed in the bed (1); senses the body motion with light; converts the same to an electric signal; and displays the electric signal as an image. The camera (4) displays a state of the patient as the image. The managing server (5) receives the information obtained from the non-touch biosensor (2), the image sensor (3), and the camera (4) in the wired and wireless environments; and integrally manages the information. The wired/wireless terminal (6) transmits the patient information to the nurse and the protector through wired/wireless internet in real time in the managing server (5).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
