The present invention relates to a ZC4H2 gene knocked-out transgenic animal model, and to a use of the same. As a result of producing a ZC4H2 gene knocked-out zebrafish, it has been observed that the ZC4H2 gene knocked-out zebrafish has a motor disorder symptom and the expression of V2a interneuron, GABA-type neuron, and V2b inhibitory neuron is reduced. It has been confirmed that expression of GABA-type neuron is recovered when a ZC4H2 gene is restored in a ZC4H2 gene knocked-out zebrafish. Accordingly, the ZC4H2 gene knocked-out zebrafish can be useful for a method for screening a drug related to motion disorder diseases including epilepsy.
