An optical signal coupling apparatus is disclosed. An embodiment of the present invention includes an input optical element which includes a first coupler and a first reflector for reflecting a part of an optical signal separated by the first coupler, and an output optical element which has a second coupler which is positioned corresponding to the first coupler and a second reflector reflecting a part of the optical signal separated by the second coupler, outputs an output optical signal having a resonant frequency by using an optical signal that is reciprocated between the first coupler and the second coupler based on the reflection of the first reflector and the reflection of the second reflector.
