The present invention relates to a processing method for a roller gear cam by using a 5-axis computer numerical control (CNC) machine comprising an angle follower defining step, a rough cutting defining step, and a finish cutting defining step which is configured to extract data in order to additionally cut each end point of a drum cam (20). Therefore, the processing method for a roller gear cam can minimize a noise from the rapid release of an impact or internal stress due to processes tolerance of the drum cam when a roller gets into or out of the drum cam.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
