The present invention provides a skin improving treating device. According to the present invention, an eye is fundamentally prevented from being damaged by light energy, and light of two or more wavelength bands can be alternately and safely irradiated only to skin. At the same time, weak electrical stimulation can be provided, so treating effects in treating pimples, reducing pores, improving skin tone, and regenerating skin are ensured by means of the wavelength bands and additional treating effects in treating inflammation, improving skin elasticity, and heating hypodermal can be ensured by means of weak electricity. To this end, the skin improving treating device according to the present invention comprises: an electrical power supply unit for supplying electrical power; a weak electrical stimulation generating unit for generating waveforms by electrical power supplied from the electrical power supply unit, and outputting the same as a constant current; a weak electrical stimulation electrode unit for applying the waveforms generated by the weak electrical stimulation generating unit to a human body; a skin contact determining unit for confirming whether the weak electrical stimulation electrode unit comes in contact with human body skin and weak electrical stimulation is applied to a human body; a waveform generating unit for generating waveforms through control signals outputted from the skin contact determining unit as weak electrical stimulation is applied to a human body; a constant current driver for outputting a constant current through waveforms generated from the waveform generating unit to output a predetermined amount of light from a light source; and a light source irradiating unit disposed to intensively irradiate light of two wavelength bands onto a local region.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
