The present invention provides a skin improving treating device. According to the present invention, an eye is fundamentally prevented from being damaged by light energy, and light of two or more wavelength bands can be alternately and safely irradiated only to skin. At the same time, weak electrical stimulation can be provided, so treating effects in treating pimples, reducing pores, improving skin tone, and regenerating skin are ensured by means of the wavelength bands and additional treating effects in treating inflammation, improving skin elasticity, and heating hypodermal can be ensured by means of weak electricity.
