The present invention relates to a composition for arthritis prevention, alleviation, or treatment containing an herb medicine-extracted mixture as an active ingredient and, more particularly, to a composition for arthritis prevention, alleviation, or treatment containing a boswellia serrata extract, a grape seed extract, and a juniper berry extract as active ingredients. The herb medicine-extracted mixture according to the present invention has suppressed the generation of nitric oxide (NO) as an inflammatory material, prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), and inflammatory cytokine. It not only suppresses arthritis in an arthritic animal model but also reduces the degree of cartilaginous tissue damage.
