The present invention relates to a surgical retractor for mandibular angle resection. More particularly, the present invention relates to a surgical retractor for mandibular angle resection, which can prevent nerve and blood vessel damage caused by teeth of a saw in the case of cutting a mandibular bone by inserting the saw behind the ear. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a surgical retractor for mandibular angle resection comprises: a first deviation preventing part which prevents the teeth of a saw from deviating to the inside jawbone, wherein the teeth of the saw is located inside the jawbone of a patient while being inserted behind the ear of the patient, and cuts the jawbone of the patient; and a second deviation preventing part protruding to the upper side from the front end of the first deviation preventing part, and preventing the teeth of the saw from deviating to the front of the jawbone and to the sides of the jawbone.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
