According to the present invention, the method comprises the following steps of: receiving a first amount of electricity used, which is measured during a unit time, and a second amount of electricity used, which is measured within a time difference range before and after the unit time on the basis of a marking time point of the first amount of electricity used; comparing the first amount of electricity used with the second amount of electricity used to calculate a time difference value between a time point minimizing the difference between the first and second amounts of electricity used and the marking time point; and generating a correction function correcting the amount of electricity used by using the time difference value. According to the present invention, a measurement amount of a utility meter, which is an actual target for charging a fee, can be correctly estimated by reflecting, to a sub meter measurement value, a time difference between a marking time of a utility meter and a measurement time, and applying the correction function to which a transformer efficiency is reflected.
