Disclosed are an apparatus for performing intelligent management on energy demand considering energy load according to season and time, and a method thereof. In this method, firstly, the energy consumption attribute of the load time zone of a user according to a season is checked based on an industry-specific fare policy. After that, provided is an alarm for energy management based on energy data collected in real time based on the checked energy consumption attribute. Here, the process of checking the energy consumption attribute includes a process of generating the energy consumption table by classifying the energy data of the user according to the load time zone according to the season and generating an energy attribute table by generating a reference consumption amount for the load time zone according to the season by using the energy consumption table.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
