The present invention provides a composition for a high dielectric film condenser including a thermoplastic polymer having high dielectric inorganic particles, attached thereon, with a particle diameter of 100 nm or less, a manufacturing method thereof, and a high dielectric film for a film condenser including the same. According to the present invention, a composition including a polymer having nano-sized high dielectric inorganic particles formed thereon uniformly disperses the nano-sized inorganic particles in the polymer and the nano-sized inorganic particles are strongly combined in a film, so formation of pores can be inhibited.
