An unmanned boat having a connecting apparatus, according to the present invention, comprises: a heaving line launching device which is formed in one side of the stem of the unmanned boat; a connecting apparatus which is formed in the center of gravity of the unmanned boat to be connected to a connection member of a crane of a command ship; a first winch which is formed in one side of the stem and stern of the unmanned boat and allows a first towing rope to be wound thereon; and a second winch on which a second towing rope passing through one side of the connecting part is wound. Therefore, the unmanned boat can be rapidly and easily arranged in a position optimized to be retrieved.
