The present invention relates to a payment relaying system. When relaying offline payment of a mobile payment means, the present invention receives a payment relaying request from a user terminal where a mobile payment unit is mounted, and produces an integrated payment barcode where payment relaying information, including an access address to the payment relaying server, identification information of the user and identification information of the mobile payment unit involved in the payment relaying request, is included. The produced integrated payment barcode is transmitted to the user terminal, and then the integrated payment barcode is displayed on the screen of the user terminal. Therefore, the integrated payment barcode is used as a payment unit which replaces a mobile payment unit, recognized by a recognition unit of an off-line payment terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
