The present invention provides a surgical guide for a dental implant treatment of an edentulous patient, comprising: a guide main body unit having one surface formed with a fixing groove unit corresponding to a gum object according to a three-dimensional integrated image obtained by matching a CT scanning image with respect to the gum object including an implant placement position predetermined in an oral cavity of a patient with an oral scan image, and having the other surface through which a guide hole corresponding to the implant placement position is penetrated and formed; a compensation filler coated along an inner surface of the fixing groove unit, pressured between the gum object and the fixing groove unit to be coupled to an outer surface of the gum object, and cured; and a shielding shutoff inserted to the guide hole and fixed thereto, having a shielding unit including an outer circumference coupled to an inner circumference of the guide hole such that the inside of the guide hole is shielded when the compensation filler is pressured, and separated after the compensation filler is cured.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
