The present invention relates to a scaffolding for internal maintenance of a thermal power plant boiler which enables a user to clean and replace a tube forming an inner wall of a boiler of a thermal power plant in an easy manner. According to the present invention, the scaffolding for internal maintenance of a thermal power plant boiler comprises: a boiler (가) inside the thermal power plant formed in a shape with a wide upper portion and a narrow lower portion; a lower scaffolding (A) including a plurality of posts (A1) vertically erected and arranged in a shape of a grid on a plane, and joining bars (A2) joined and installed horizontally between the posts and arranged as a common scaffolding for construction; a support scaffolding (1) which has joining posts (11) in a short length extended and arranged from upper outer posts of the lower scaffold to the outside, reinforcing joining bars (12) formed in the shape having a plurality of joining bars gathering between the joining post and an outer post of the lower scaffolding, and props (13) joined and installed to be inclined between the reinforcing joining bar and the outer post of the lower scaffolding; an upper scaffolding (B) in the shape of an extended lower scaffolding joined and installed in an upper portion of the support scaffolding extended from the lower scaffolding; and support bars (2) horizontally joined and installed in a direction from the outer post of the upper scaffolding to the outside, and being able to support the upper scaffolding from the inner wall of the thermal power plant.
