The present invention provides a charge dispersing and supporting body which vertically disperses and supports explosives charged within a blasting hole, and connects the explosives to each other to blast them. The charge dispersing and supporting body comprises: a plurality of support panels having fitting holes to allow explosives having a predetermined length and shape to be fitted therein, vertically spaced apart from each other, and disposed to correspond to each other; and a plurality of supports connecting portions of circumferences of the support panels to each other, and supporting the portions. Each of the support panels has a plurality of mounting grooves formed at regular intervals along an end of the circumference of each of the support panels. Each of the fitting holes is formed in a center of each of the support panels, or is formed to contact a front end of each of the support panels by being eccentric from the center of each of the fitting holes to one side thereof. According to the present invention, charge layers dispersed and spaced apart from each other can be connected to each other to increase a width of the charge dispersing and supporting body, thereby substantially obtaining crushing effects equal to or greater than that of a conventional method with a far less amount of explosives. Moreover, an air layer formed by the charge dispersing and supporting body within the blasting hole can allow noise and vibrations which are blasting pollution to further be reduced when charges are blasted.
