The present invention relates to a method to construct a vertical ventilating opening which is connected to a level drift and serves as a ventilating way and escape route for the level drift. The method of the present invention comprises: a step of building a slip form worktable on the floor of a vertical tunnel which is excavated; a step of building a multiple tower crane on the top of the level drift, which is connected to the vertical tunnel, and connecting the slip form worktable to the multiple tower crane; a step of the slip form worktables rising by being supported in a stable manner through the multiple tower crane and molding a seamless, uniform vertical wall inside the vertical tunnel excluding the level drift connection part; a step of disassembling the multiple tower crane; and a step of the slip form worktables rising through a hydraulic jack and a jack rod and molding a seamless, uniform vertical wall inside the vertical tunnel on top of the level drift connection part. The step of the slip form worktables rising through the hydraulic jack and the jack rod and molding a seamless, uniform vertical wall inside the vertical tunnel on top of the level drift connection part, only when vertical walls with different lengths are also molded inside the vertical tunnel, comprises: a step of removing a part of the slip form worktable which has molded the vertical wall which is completely molded; and a step of installing a safety handrail and a reinforcing member on the divided end unit of the slip form worktable. The present invention aims to provide a method to construct a vertical ventilating opening, which can use a slip form worktable in all sections of a vertical tunnel without limitations in using the slip form worktable in the connection part between the vertical tunnel and a level drift.
