The present invention relates to service method and system for securing mobile task data for enterprises using a mobile terminal to which a micro SD card is attached. A KMS server generates a device key corresponding to a device serial number and stores the same in a separate HMS and a micro SD card. The KMS server manages matching information between the device serial number and the device key. An exclusive application server for an enterprise manages matching information between a user account and the device serial number. The KMS server deletes the device key stored therein when a mobile terminal is lost, thereby having the mobile terminal not be authenticated using the micro SD card and making user login to an exclusive application for the enterprise impossible, that is, the mobile terminal cannot get encryption keys and enterprise data which has been encrypted and cannot be decrypted. As a result, data cannot be viewed due to enhanced security even if the task data of the enterprise is leaked or hacked, so a security accident may be prevented in advance.
