The present invention relates to a high and low voltage distribution board having an earthquake-proof function. More specifically, to achieve the objective, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the high and low voltage distribution board includes: a cabinet which is assembled with multiple frames installed horizontally and vertically on an upper part of a bottom floor of a building and has all sorts of electrical components installed therein; a reinforcing member which is a leaf spring curved to be L-shaped, and has both sides bolt-combined to a corner part combined with the multiple frames. The reinforcing member includes: a first leaf spring where an L-shaped curved part is formed; a second leaf spring installed separately in a fixed interval in a shape corresponding to the first leaf spring; and an elastic polymer intervened between the first leaf spring and the second leaf spring. According to the present invention, the distribution board of the present invention can be installed very simply and has the effect of low manufacturing costs and high economic feasibility while having an earthquake-proof function, since the distribution board is formed by assembling the frames cut out in a fixed size and the reinforcing member comprising two leaf springs is bolt-fastened to the frames on both sides of each corner part. Also, since the leaf spring adhering to the frame has a lower modulus of elasticity than the other leaf spring among the two leaf springs, the distribution board reinforces the shape change of the frame due to vibration and also absorbs vibration secondly. Thus, the distribution board of the present invention has the effect of having excellent usability for preventing the vibration from being delivered into electronic components installed in the distribution board while having no stable structural deformation.
