The present invention relates to a benchmark installing device for levelling including: a supporting pile (10) installed in the ground and having a connection hole unit (12) on a top surface; a body case having an insertion protruding unit (34) inserted into the connection hole unit (12) and a seating space unit (32) and connected to the supporting pile (10); a leveling unit (86) installed in the seating space unit (32) of the body case (30) and levelling; a fixating unit (50) preventing a malfunction due to vibration generated during levelling by fixating the levelling unit (86) and preventing the movement thereof; a connection unit (54) maintaining the connection between the body case (30) and the supporting pile (10); a lever member (70) installed in the body case (30) to move in multiple directions; a first manipulation unit (82) transmitting a motion of the lever member (70) in one side to the fixating unit (50); and a second manipulation unit (84) transferring a motion of the lever member (70) in the other side to the connection unit (54). The purpose of the present invention is to provide the benchmark installing device for levelling capable of reducing a time and expenses required for levelling and a levelling method using the same.
