Disclosed are a cushion pocket for shoes, an outsole, a middle sole, and shoes. The cushion pocket for shoes comprises: a unit pocket having an opened bottom, and having an air column including at least one folding part expanding depending on a change in the amount of air filled inside from the lower part to the upper part; a stopper to open and close the bottom part of the unit pocket; and an elastic member inserted inside the unit pocket through the bottom part of the unit pocket.
