PRIORITY BASED INTELLIGENT PLATFORM PASSIVE THERMAL MANAGEMENT

Priority-based methods and apparatus based on intelligent platform passive thermal management are described. In one embodiment, the power consumption limitation of one or more components of the platform is changed based on one or more thermal relationships between one or more power consumption components of the platform and one or more heat generation components of the platform. In addition, the first relationship of the one or more thermal relationships represents an influence priority of the source component of the platform on the target component of the platform. Other embodiments are also claimed and described.
