A stereo sound recording and playback method applied to 360-degree VR experience space comprises: a supporter (10) supporting a camera rig (20); a spherical camera rig (20) in which a plurality of mono microphones (30); a plurality of mono microphones (30) respectively installed on outer circumferential surface of respective directions of the camera rig (20), wherein the plurality of mono microphones (30) are disposed at corresponding positions and thereby records, by phases, the sound heard from each of spaces, and a volume of speaker is controlled to be changed by phases according to head tracking information of a HMD device by using a virtual speaker (40) installed at the same position as the microphone. Accordingly, the stereo sound recording and playback method applied to 360-degree VR experience space according to the present invention have remarkable effects in that all audiovisual senses are allowed to be sensed as virtual reality through distinct recording methods, and the advantage of the 360-degree VR experience space can be highlighted by appropriately adjusting stereo technology based on a holophonics recording technique and a stereo sound technique in which a phase varies with user′s viewing angle.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
