When a pipeline is formed on the seabed, a sealed packing apparatus to block an end portion of a long pipe is formed to be tube-shaped. Therefore, the sealed packing apparatus is formed to be attached to and detached from an end portion of the long pipe with a simple method for air to be injected into and discharged from a tube. While the long pipe is kept airtight, the long pipe can be easily and safely transported from a place for manufacturing a pipe on the land to a construction site on the sea. Moreover, after transporting the long pipe, a sealed packing apparatus for a long pipe can be attached and detached in a short period of time.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
