The present invention relates to a concrete-embedded multidirectional damage sensing device and a concrete structure damage sensing method using the same, capable of sensing damage such as a crack or breakage to a concrete structure in various directions by embedding a piezoelectric element, measuring an impedance signal, in the concrete structure and then measuring the impedance signal in various directions. According to the present invention, the multidirectional damage sensing device includes: a housing embedded in a concrete structure; a rotating member installed in the housing to be rotatable; a rotating unit delivering rotational force to the rotating member; and a piezoelectric sensor installed in the rotating member to directly or indirectly touch the inner surface of the housing to be rotated in the housing with the rotating member, generating vibrations by receiving an electric signal inputted from the outside, and measuring and outputting an impedance signal by the vibrations.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
