The present invention provides an earthquake-proof and seismic-isolated holder for a building facility. The earthquake-proof and seismic-isolated holder for a building facility includes: a pair of anchor fixing units including a bending unit bent downward in a U shape and including an anchor connection unit bent to the outside on both sides of the bending unit; a pair of frame fixing units including multiple connection holes vertically separated and including the bending unit bent upwards in the U shape to be connected by a connection unit having a spring in the lower part of the anchor fixing unit; a pair of vertical frames in which the upper part is connected to the frame fixing unit by the connection unit; a fixing unit connection unit including the bending unit bent downward in the U shape and connected to the lower part of the vertical frame by the connection unit; and the horizontal fixing unit connected by the connection unit by being placed on the bending unit of the fixing unit connection unit. The earthquake-proof and seismic-isolated holder for a building facility can prevent a pipe from being damaged by absorbing vibration and expansion of the pipe caused by the flow of a fluid, vibration, and earthquake and can be easily installed without using a chain.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
