The present invention relates to an apparatus for a low ray amount-X-ray cone-beam computed tomogram (CT), capable of generating a cone-beam CT, a substance disintegration rebuilding image and a single color X-ray energy image. According to the present invention, the apparatus for a low ray amount-X-ray cone-beam CT comprises an X-ray irradiation part, a collimator, an X-dray detection module, a penetrated image data detection part and a control part. The X-ray irradiation part irradiates an X-ray to a subject. The collimator selectively decelerates an amount of X-rays irradiated from the X-ray irradiation part. The X-ray detection module is arranged to be opposite to the X-ray irradiation part and detects first penetrated image data, which has not undergone deceleration. The penetrated image data detection part includes a photon counting detection module for detecting second penetrated image data undergone deceleration by the collimator.
