The present invention relates to a portable smart medicine case including: a main body portion (110) horizontally placed and open upward, in which a plurality of medicine chamber grooves (111) for internal medicine (M) accommodation are laterally and sequentially formed; a cover portion (120) mounted on the main body portion (110) and provided with a plurality of individual covers (121) such that the respective medicine chamber grooves (111) are independently opened and closed; and an electronic tag (130) mounted on the main body portion (110) or the cover portion (120), signal-connected by NFC or RFID to a user terminal (200) where a notification application is installed that performs notification in the case of medication time arrival, storing notification release information for allowing the user terminal (200) to confirm a users notification recognition, and providing the notification release information in the case of tag connection to the user terminal (200).
