A control apparatus for a wind power generator unit is disclosed. The control apparatus for a wind power generator unit, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a deviation sensing part which is installed to allow a wind power generator to face a wind blowing direction and senses the angle deviation between the wind blowing direction and the current rotating direction of a nacelle; and a control part which controls the braking and yawing state of a yaw brake unit by receiving the data sensed in the deviation sensing part, wherein the control part controls the braking state of the yaw brake unit by temporarily releasing the frictional force of a brake pad adhering to a disk in the case that the nacelle is rotated out of a preset deviation range. Therefore, the present invention selectively controls the state of a brake in the case that the nacelle is yawed in a specific direction.
