The present invention provides a magnetic nanoparticle and a manufacturing method thereof. the manufacturing method of the magnetic nanoparticle includes: a step (1) of manufacturing a compound by melting a carboxylic acid compound and metallic salt of which a carbon number is 4 to 25 in a solvent at a mole number contrast is 1:1 to 1:5; a step (2) of manufacturing a metal complex by heating the compound obtained in the step (1) at a temperature of 100 to 200°C for 1 to 24 hours; a step (3) of melting the metal complex obtained in the step (1) in one or more organic compounds selected from the substituted or unsustituted carbon number of 6 to 25 and heating the same at the temperature of 200 to 400°C for 1 to 24 hours by a thermal decomposition method.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
