Provided is a super-paramagnetic nanoparticle comprising: inorganic matters; an amphipathic polymer formed on the surface of the nanoparticle; and paclitaxel, wherein the amphipathic polymer is represented by chemical formula 1. According to the present invention, a super-paramagnetic nanoparticle with uniform size while being combined with an amphipathic polymer can be manufactured in a core-shell form.
