According to the present invention, a manufacturing method of a unit column member to construct a column structure of a building simply by assembly at a site by manufacture in a factory by a precast method comprises: a) a step of preparing a C-shaped vertical channel having a bottom surface, a pair of side surfaces vertically bent from both sides of the bottom surface, and a rib horizontally bent from an end of the side surfaces; b) a step of installing a plurality of horizontal reinforcing plates on the inside of the C-shaped vertical channel; c) a step of heating the C-shaped vertical channel and then pouring concrete therein to cause deflection by the weight of the concrete on both ends or a middle portion of the C-shaped vertical channel to form a shape of a camber; d) a step of cooling the C-shaped vertical channel to maintain the camber formed by the deflection; e) a step of placing a middle vertical plate between a pair of the C-shaped vertical channels with the camber and symmetrically arranging the C-shaped vertical channels to allow concrete exposure surfaces to face each other, and then integrating the C-shaped vertical channels and the horizontal reinforcing plates by welding while applying a load to a spread portion; and f) a step of attaching a connection plate to an upper and a lower end of the integrated C-shaped vertical channels and middle vertical plate.
