The present invention relates to a synthesizing method of a block copolymer using an SPG membrane emulsification method. According to the present invention, the block copolymer can be synthesized by using the SPG membrane emulsification method, wherein the block copolymer has the uniform size and an internal nano structure and is highly monodispersed.
