Disclosed is a floatable spilt oil removing device. According to the present invention, the floatable spilt oil removing device, operated by a tug boat to clean spilt oil on the water surface, includes: a collecting part including the floor surface and curved into a predetermined shape; a pair of fences connected with both ends of the collecting part to be symmetrical to each other; a body floating on the water surface by comprising a dividing part installed as a vertical partition between a connection surface of the fences and the collecting part; and an overflow preventing part protruding upward from each area, in which the fences and the collecting part are connected, in order to prevent the spilt oil in the dividing part from overflowing outside the body in accordance with the guide of the fences and the tow of the tug boat. The fences include a hull contact part, touching an oil tanker, in both end parts in order to prevent the spread of the spilt oil by surrounding a spot in which the spilt oil is discharged from the oil tanker. A permanent magnet is embedded in the hull contact part or attached to a side. A floor screen is formed between the fences to prevent the spilt oil from being absorbed by the ground. According to the present invention, the present invention is capable of inducing the spilt oil to be stored in the collecting part while preventing the spread of the spilt oil, discharged from the oil tanker overturned by an accident, as the hull contact part and the floor screen are prepared.
