An embodiment of the present invention relates to a system to manage the manufacturing retailing. According to the present invention, an opportunity to test a practical sense is provided to every clothing design specialist, and as a design is not individually selected but the entire design of a specific designer is selected, the designer, not the design, is able to be evaluated. As the entire selected design is commercialized, a sales volume of the products is identified, and a compensation therefor is made. A reasonable compensation to and an objective evaluation on the designer are enabled. To achieve the purpose, the present invention includes: a design information registering part registering at least one piece of clothing design information from a member satisfying a preset qualification; a design information management part storing and managing the clothing design information, registered through the design information registering part, by member; a design evaluation result notification part notifying whether a member whose clothing design is registered has been selected through the design information registering part; a progress procedure notifying part notifying a progress procedure related with the manufacture and sales of the clothing design of the member, selected through the design evaluation result notifying part; and a sales informing part informing a sales volume of the clothing design of the member, selected through the design evaluation result notifying part.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
