The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a cap, enabling to represent complicated sewing effect, and more specifically, to a manufacturing method of a cap that is manufactured to represent complicated and fussy sewing effect by minimizing a defect or the number of working processes with respect to a cap comprising a plurality of panels. The cap according to the present invention is manufactured by transcribing a sublimation transfer paper on which sewing connection lines, which connect the panels with one another, are printed, on the panels constituting a crown part that is a main body part of the cap, whereby the panels are connected with one another by a sewing process. The cap comprising the panels is manufactured to enable to represent complicated and fussy sewing effect by minimizing a defect or the number of working processes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
