The present invention relates to an SBR water treatment system in which malodors, organic materials and other nutrient salts of sewage and wastewater can be stably removed by making soil microorganisms dominant in a reactor provided in a reactor, and in which even high-concentration sewage and wastewater can be sufficiently stably treated by repeating driving having a sequence of anaerobic-first aerobic-first anoxic-second aerobic-second anoxic-third aerobic treatment, i.e., a variation of a typical driving sequence of anaerobic-anoxic-aerobic treatment, adding driving having a sequence of third anoxic-fourth aerobic treatment or performing shortened driving having a sequence of anaerobic-first aerobic-first anoxic-second aerobic treatment based on characteristics of introduced water, and finally performing sedimentation and discharge driving. The SBR wastewater treatment system additionally having a function of performing deodorization by using soil microorganisms according to the present invention comprises: a reactor into which sewage and wastewater is introduced; an underwater reactor which is provided inside the reactor, and which is filled with supports for soil microorganisms; a diffuser which is provided inside the reactor; and a blower which supplies air to the diffuser.
