Disclosed is a method for producing high quality graphene using shear flow. According to the present invention, the method for producing graphene comprises the following steps: inserting a graphite-based material into a fluid which includes a solvent and is stored in a reaction space of a reactor; and stirring the fluid into which the graphite-based material is inserted, and then exfoliating the graphite-based material by means of shear force generated by the circulation of the fluid, so as to produce graphene.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
