The present invention relates to an integrated inter-floor noise reduction device using an impact or a vibration signal of a building manufactured in an integrated small kit of a plate shape without including a separate signal analyzer to decompose a signal of inter-floor noise for each frequency to analyze the signal or a control box (a remote control device) to efficiently reduce inter-floor noise by supplying an impact or a vibration signal and a reverse signal where a phase is reversed; a method thereof; and an earthquake-proof apparatus. The integrated inter-floor noise reduction device using the impact or vibration signal of the building comprises: a sensor unit to detect an impact or a vibration signal generated by a building; a phase reversal unit to reverse a phase of the impact or the vibration signal detected by the sensor unit to generate a reverse signal; and an actuator unit to generate a reverse impact or reverse vibration corresponding to the phase-reversed reverse signal to supply the reverse impact or the reverse vibration to the building. The size, occupied space, and manufacturing costs of the inter-floor noise reduction device are markedly reduced by simplifying the structure of the inter-floor noise reduction device. Moreover, an operation to reduce inter-floor noise is easily performed, and an efficiency of inter-floor noise reduction is markedly improved.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
