The present invention relates to a process for converting a reaction material on a liquid-liquid interface. More specifically, the present invention relates to a process for converting a reaction material on a liquid-liquid interface, which remarkably increases the yield of products as well as reaction efficiency by quickly carrying out a reaction taking place on the interface between two liquids under a favorable condition.
