The present invention relates to light concentration type solar power generation, and more specifically, to a hybrid system for generating power by simultaneously using sunlight and solar heat, and a method thereof. The light concentration type solar light-heat hybrid system includes: a light concentration device; a spectroscope unit; an optoelectronic device; and a thermoelectric device. The method includes the steps of: sequentially arranging the light concentration device, spectroscope unit, optoelectronic device, and thermoelectric device from the lower part; concentrating sunlight by using the light concentration device; separating the sunlight, concentrated to the light concentration device by using the spectroscope unit, for each wavelength; generating power by receiving sunlight having a wavelength corresponding to a near infrared or infrared region separated from the spectroscope unit, by the optoelectronic device; and generating heat by receiving sunlight having a wavelength corresponding to a visible light or ultraviolet region separated from the spectroscope unit, by the thermoelectric device. According to the present invention, a solar cell having a double bonding structure concentrating on the near-infrared light can be provided. The present invention also provides the advantage of higher solar heat by separating the sunlight at each wavelength, thereby lowering the system manufacturing cost.
