The present invention relates to a gas separation membrane. Especially, the present invention relates to a highly permeable oxygen separation membrane including a composite of an ion-conductive material and an electron-conductive material while conductive active layers are coated on both sides. The oxygen separation membrane includes the porous conductive active layers coated on both sides of an ion-electron composite membrane layer acquired by mixing the electron-conductive material and the ion-conductive material at an optimal volume ratio, thereby making it possible to produce the oxygen separation membrane exhibiting superior thermal stability as well as high oxygen permeability. Additionally, the oxygen separation membrane can be manufactured via a tape casting method, thereby ensuring simple production processes and easy sintering processes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
