The present invention relates to a gas separation membrane. Especially, the present invention relates to a highly permeable oxygen separation membrane including a composite of an ion-conductive material and an electron-conductive material while conductive active layers are coated on both sides. The oxygen separation membrane includes the porous conductive active layers coated on both sides of an ion-electron composite membrane layer acquired by mixing the electron-conductive material and the ion-conductive material at an optimal volume ratio, thereby making it possible to produce the oxygen separation membrane exhibiting superior thermal stability as well as high oxygen permeability.
