Provided are an apparatus for detecting bowel perforation and a method for detecting bowel perforation using the same, wherein the apparatus for detecting bowel perforation comprises: a light source emitting a laser beam; a fluorescence detection unit receiving the laser beam to be irradiated to a sample, and detecting a fluorescence signal emitted from the sample; a spectrum analysis unit receiving the fluorescence signal from the fluorescence detection unit to be converted to an electrical signal; and a monitor receiving the electrical signal from the spectrum analysis unit to be displayed through an image. According to the present invention, a bowel perforation portion can be simply and quickly checked to reduce time and costs, and reduce a surgery burden of a patient.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
