The present invention relates to a method and a system for location based open API search and mashup. The present invention analyzes location change in accordance with the change of a user, who uses a mobile device, so as to search for open APIs supplied in a corresponding region and to rapidly supply a mashup application service to a user through change or new generation of the necessary mashup application, which properly combines with the open APIs. The system includes: an open API information storage which stores metadata information about open APIs; a location information analyzing unit which estimates corresponding location information in accordance with the moving of a mobile device; an open API searching unit which searches for metadata information about one or more open APIs; and a mashup block generating unit which generates the mashup blocks which search for the metadata information about one or more open APIs.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
