The present invention relates to a smart functional hydrogel facial mask pack using aptamer, a patch, a mask, and a production method thereof. The facial mask pack of the present invention regulates the release rate of skin-activating components through the aptamer, and also regulates components to be released among skin-activating materials, depending on an amount of specific materials secreted from the skin.
