The present invention relates to a low-temperature radiation electric heat cloth. In a low-temperature radiation electric heat cloth including an electric heat cloth body, the electric heat cloth body is formed by knitting with warp yarn and weft yarn made of a nonmetallic material. The warp yarn and the weft yarn form the electric heat cloth body through a special weaving process of non-metallic heat generating yarn and cotton yarn in which metal yarn is inserted. A decorative protective layer is applied to the outside of the electric heat cloth body. The electric heat cloth body is an in-plane soft heat generating element. The present invention is applied to heat insulation and heating, is pleasant and sanitary, is automatically controlled, is easy to install, has a long life, saves energy, has high safety and reliability, and purifies the air and promotes health.
